If you know the name of the element, you can look up in standard reference data sheets for the electron density, which in turn could be related to its electrical and thermal conductivity. Since I don't know what exactly you are looking for and the purpose, I can't give you more specific answers.

If you are talking of alloys, the phases also play a role in the electron density etc.
