According to the book of genesis Nimrod son of Kush created the world's first civilization Cush became the father of Nimrod; he was the first on earth to be a mighty man. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD; therefore it is said, "Like Nimrod a mighty hunter before the LORD." The beginning of his kingdom was Babel, Erech, and Accad, all of them in the land of Shinar. From that land he went into Assyria, and built Nineveh, Rehobothir, Calah, and Resen between Nineveh and Calah; that is the great city.
As you can see these civilizations were created by a black man called Nimrod son of Kush grandson of Ham in which Egypt was also a sibling. So then why do people insist on saying that black people have no civilization.

In the west we believe that we all have a government by the people and for the people, yet often our governments don't do what we want them to do. This is because we have elected representatives, who act on our behalf, instead of letting us make our own decisions. In the original Greek Democracy, every individual had a say, directly. They didn't work through representatives. So why don't we modify our government structures as follows:

We still elect representatives, but with a twist. Every major piece of legislation must be open to public vote. This could work through an ATM system or online. So if the country wants to go to war, the citizens get to vote on it. If they want to hike Internet Radio Royalties, the citizens get to vote on it. If they want to take discipline out of schools, we can decide.

Some might say that citizens can't vote on every single complex issue, as they can't understand them. Well if that is true, then in fact you don't have a democracy. What do you think?

I bought 2 goldfish a week ago, and put them in my tank which I prepared 2 weeks before and treated with nutrafin cycle and aqua plus. Right from the start one of the fish just hovered round the bottom and didn't eat much, which I just thought was lazy! sadly I discovered this one died yesterday morning. the other fish started behaving in a 'quiet' similar way about 2 days ago, & yesterday I noticed he has sort of like a fluffy white coat on his body, & his fins look very small, or clamped I'm not sure which. he also has some browny patches/ sort of spots. & struggles to swim. I went to the pet shop and explained and they gave me Gold Disease safe which they thought was best, so i did a 50% water change and followed the instructions. it said nothing about the filter & I have left that on for 24 hours now since the medication and now I read online the filter should be off. He's just sitting at the bottom looking very poorly & I dont know what to do now. Water ok b4 treatment

Prior to 500BC (roughly) pretty much all religion was Pagan. Around 500BC all over the world there was a major shift from poly- to monotheism, the "world's N great religions" came from this time, and many of the leaders of major religions came from this period, such as Confucius, Lao Tsu, Buddha, several high prophets of Judaism, and more. So after 500BC many areas of the world became non-Pagan or mixed.
Few current Pagans realize that in their beliefs they may be more New Age than Pagan, and this includes many Wiccans. New Age, at one time termed "the Perennial Philosophy" starts with Plato, then Plotinus and the Neo-Platonist, mixed with Gnosticism, Hermeticism, and the Mystery Religions, with a great debt to Advaita Vedanta Hinduism both early and later, was passed down through the Templars and various heretic groups, the Freemasons, Rosicrucians, Theosophy, to the Golden Dawn and the High Magickal traditions, until it formed much of Wicca through Gardner.
