I would guess instantly would be the shortest time. There are times when I have had an orgasm right off the bat. However, it usually takes me several minutes; less if I am alone. Then, there are those sad times when it is not at all.

A few months ago when I was 12 I used a stopwatch and tried to orgasm really fast. It only took 40 seconds XD

by myself with help from a dildo/vibrator it has taken me as short as 3 minutes.
if my partner isn't doing oral on me and i am not stimulating my clit, then i think 10 has been the shortest. normally though it's about 15-25 minutes. sometimes not at all.
