If Evolution does not occur, then most (all) of the fossils should be of modern animals.

But there are no fossils of modern animals.

So when we look at all these fossils of animals which you claimed drowned in the Flood, why do we not find any modern animals amongst them?

I personally do. I don't think he did anything wrong. The whole thing was blown out of proportion. This was nothing but a witch hunt by the liberal media. Agree?

genisis 6:1-4 says when men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of god saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. then the lord said "my spirit will not contend with man forever for he is mortal, his days will be a hundred and twenty years." the nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of god went to the daughters of men and had children by them. they were they heroes of old, men of renown.
who were the sons of god and the nephilim? do u think the heroes it speaks of are the gods of myth?

I'm looking to buy a vehicle in the coming months. I really want a diesel truck, but the only models of them that I can really afford at the moment are ones that are a few years old (for example, around '97-99 or so). How can I get financing for a vehicle that old and not get totally killed on the interest rates? Plus I've seen a lot of places that say they won't finance anything older than 2000.

Also, what's the best place to get financing through? My bank has crappy interest rates for the most part, and Capitol One didn't give me all that great of rates either (9.7% on vehicles 2000-2003). I have a 700+ credit rating.

What should be the Punishment for Paternity Fraud? What should happen to these nasty bitches who go around picking the Daddy they like best, and messing with peoples lives. I know what I would like to do to these women, who think that its their right to play with the lives of men and children - what about you? What do you think should be done to tackle the massive number of women who lie and deceive and get away with Paternity Fraud all the time? They ruin other peoples whole lives - shouldn't they suffer too? What should be in place to deter these unstable and uncaring women from continuing to ruin lives?

i want to know why YOU think society has this stupid double standard???!!

its usually : the more guys sleep around, the cooler they are and suddenly they get called "playas and pimps" but when girls sleep around, they get a bad reputation, and suddenly they are seen as "sluts and hoes".

WHY? : (

After 3 years Myrtle finally figured out how to escape from her outdoor baby pool and its enclosure! She immediately high-tailed it across the lawn and under the pool yard fence and deposited herself in our in-ground swimming pool. I saw her escape from where I was sitting on the porch and immediately ran out and fished her out with the skimmer net so she only swam around for maybe 2 minutes. My question is how harmful is swimming pool water for red eared sliders? She seems fine, this was 2 days ago, and she's still active and eating and everything normal. I know the water quality in her tank is stablized and filtered so I worry that the pool water was too chlorinated. I haven't been able to find anything in my books or anywhere about turtles being exposed to pool water so I'm curious.

Thanks!

I was just reading a question from a poster looking for lesbian friendly restaurants. It wasn't a political post. Wasn't asking for opinions. Just a straight forward question, "does anyone know of any lesbian friendly restaurants in my area?" And there were more responses from haters looking to attack her than from people who had an answer for her. This doesn't happen in other sections of answers like this. I mean, you don't go into the auto section ask a question about a Mustang and get ridiculed for like Fords. If someone wants to report me for ranting or whatever, go ahead. Maybe then someone from yahoo will read this and think about how much they need to provide better controls to guard against this kind of thing. This should be a friendly place where people can network and get answers not a place where you know you'll get bashed no matter what you ask!!

"Mark Lynas is a journalist who has read widely on climate science and climate projections. His research has taken more than 8 years. He speaks with Michelle Field about his scenarios for the world's ecosystems based on each degree of average change in global temperature. He explains why the move from 2 degrees to 3 degrees is crucial, due to tipping points. Two processes are likely to happen at this point. The Amazon rainforest will collapse and burn, releasing more carbon, and the world's soils will also be releasing carbon. This will push the Earth across other thresholds which will make the warming unstoppable."

"For his new book Six Degrees: Our Future on a Hotter Planet, he has read everything relevant at Oxford University's Radcliffe Science Library. He understands climate projections in a way that I've never seen a journalist do before"

8+ years of research. GW skeptics - do you distrust Lynas?

We live in New York state. My boyfriend had a blackout behind the wheel back in February... we don't know why but think it was just a freak accident type thing. He hasn't been diagnosed with anything other than 'depression.' Is he or is he not allowed to drive, under NY state law? I thought he was barred from it only if he had a seizure or seizure disorder. Help...?
