Simple or complex to whom? Chess is simple to some, complex to others. Driving is simple to some, complex to others. The same with reading, writing, singing, painting, etc.
Is love simple or complex? God is as simple or as complex as love.

Most Christians avoid this issue because they refuse to think about it and because they don't know anything about the mathematics of Algorithmic Information Theory.
When Mathematicians use the word Complexity we usually mean Kolmogorov Complexity. It is precisely because I do understand these issues that I am an atheist.
The way Christians define their god is self contradictory. This makes it hard to discuss meaningfully.

Well if we use the blind watch makers as analogy like many Christians do then it follows that God must also be a complex being and thus he himself must also have creator and so on.

Fairly one dimensional in print (the Biblical God). If a higher being exists I'd imagine it would have shed all of the extraneous baggage associated with our lifeform and gone for a less-is-more approach. Existence on a higher plane would be simplicity itself.
