Being a native iowan, I just had to answer this. First off, if you are concerned about the price for a boob job then you probably cant really afford one unless you are really desperate for some ooomph up there. (me too after nursing four kids-there should be some free grant for moms for this. lol) You need to consider all the pros and cons carefully because there are TON of them! After you have a boob job you will need to maintain them every 5-10 years by getting the implants replaced. So you need to weigh the long term costs much more carefully than just seeing it as a one time procedure. Problems can also occur. Some people dont take well to the inplants and must have them removed due to sensitivities, allergies and skin reactions. I dont know if it is worth the money and risk for it all if you are not filthy rich and in hollywood being judged and viewed by others. Maybe you should first experiment with more costly and supportive and padded bras first to see if they will do the trick. Either way, if you stuff your bra or your boobies, its still disguising the natural you so why not keep your money and use it more wisely on something that is less superficial. I am vain and tempted to go for it too at times, but overall I cant see myself forking out the $$ to maintain it for the rest of my life. There are lots of doctors around but be sure to get references first and actually talk to people face to face who have had it done!

I think the procedure costs about 5,000-12,000 dollars. As far as finding a good doctor in your area, perhaps you should search on "breast augmentation" and see if it produces any hits in your area with any testimonials. I hope this helps out.
