What should be the Punishment for Paternity Fraud? What should happen to these nasty bitches who go around picking the Daddy they like best, and messing with peoples lives. I know what I would like to do to these women, who think that its their right to play with the lives of men and children - what about you? What do you think should be done to tackle the massive number of women who lie and deceive and get away with Paternity Fraud all the time? They ruin other peoples whole lives - shouldn't they suffer too? What should be in place to deter these unstable and uncaring women from continuing to ruin lives?

I think I would prefer the other method...PROVE TO ME THE CHILD IS MINE...one may contact the local AG and IF enough evidence can be shown that there is a possibility that this man may be the father...then a PATERNITY TEST can be REQUIRED via a court ordered subpoenae...very simple...if not the father if will be know in a matter of days..and if yes the father...then he needs to pay child support
