We live in New York state. My boyfriend had a blackout behind the wheel back in February... we don't know why but think it was just a freak accident type thing. He hasn't been diagnosed with anything other than 'depression.' Is he or is he not allowed to drive, under NY state law? I thought he was barred from it only if he had a seizure or seizure disorder. Help...?

I don't believe you can drive again until you go six months without any blackouts then get a doctors note.

People don't black out for no reason, go to another doctor until you figure out why .

i might in basic terms enable my teen as much as now some one that fluctuate right into a 365 days older or a 365 days youthful then them (no rely if it substitute into my son or daughter a similar rule might prepare). as quickly as my teen substitute into 18 then they might date absolutely everyone they had to as though as they have been over the age of consent, which in NJ is sixteen, no longer 18, yet they might in basic terms date somebody under 18 if the mothers and fathers of the teen approved. - Amy
