I have recently adopted two adorable orange tabby kittens--one male and one female. I have heard from many people that orange cats are "crazy." What's the concensus on this?

Idk if that's how you spell it.. but my question is.. If you do the elyptical machines everyday, will your body become thin? Or will I gain muscle & have big legs? What if you take in less calories daily.. & do the elypticals every day. Also, what heart rate should you be at if you want to lose weight? I go really fast & my heart rate is usually 175...
