i want to lose weight desperately, about 20lbs in 20days. its a bit far-fetched but never mind. this is my plan: i eat 2 slices of bread, with peanut butter in the mornings, &for lunch i usually eat rice, an egg and 2 servings of veggies. for dinner i eat rice, 1 serving of veggies &about 1 or sometimes 2 servings of meat. i also eat bananas &pears. i usually snack on 2 more pieces of bread.
i also want to go to the gym about 3 times a week, &do pilates 4 times a week? is this okay? how much weight will i lose in how much time? thanks : D
