Normally yes. But you need to send them your laptop or you can bring your laptop into closest HP Center.
It'll cost you of course.

If it's still under warranty, they will fix it for free. They will probably send you the new speakers for you to install yourself if you can't send it away to them (they will keep it for a week or two).

Since it still is under the one year warranty, you going to have to call them and tell them what is wrong with it. But yes they should fix it.
