I know there is a urine test like Diastix that can check glucose levels but I don't know if that's accurate. I don't have medical coverage nor money to see a doctor. I work full time but all my money goes to my home, and to support my kids.

Okay, I am just about 35 weeks pregnant with my second son, and my oldest son is 15 months old. For the past several weeks, my son will come up to me, get in between my legs, either touch my belly, or lay on it, and he starts crying. I mean he does this ALL the time. I don't know if he's jealous of the new baby coming, or if he just really wants to see his brother or what. Has anyone heard of anything like this? If so,please give me some insight. I am going nuts trying to figure out why he's behaving like this. He's generally not a big crier, only when he's at my belly. Help!

Although we all speak the same language I know that there are various differences between European English and American English. What do people from Europe usually think of American English (accent, slang, speling, etc.)? Also, do you ever have any difficulty understanding us due to accent or grammar differences? Curious to hear what you say.

A truck driver used to amuse himself by running over lawyers he would see walking down the side of the road. Every time he would see a lawyer walking along the road, he would swerve to hit him, and there would be a loud "THUMP" and then he would swerve back onto the road.

One day, as the truck driver was driving along, he saw a priest hitchhiking. He thought he would do a good turn and pulled the truck over. He asked the priest, "Where are you going, Father?"

"I'm going to the church 5 miles down the road," replied the priest.

"No problem, Father! I'll give you a lift. Climb in the truck."

The happy priest climbed into the passenger seat and the truck driver continued down the road. Suddenly the truck driver saw a lawyer walking down the road and instinctively he swerved to hit him. But then he remembered there was a priest in the truck with him, so at the last minute he swerved back away, narrowly missing the lawyer.

However, even though he was certain he missed the lawyer, he still heard a loud "THUD." Not understanding where the noise came from, he glanced in his mirrors and when he didn't see anything, he turned to the priest and
said, "I'm sorry Father. I almost hit that lawyer."

"That's okay," replied the priest. "I got him with the door!"

In R&S some of the answerers are so head strong, some fabricate and falsify evidences to justify their point of view at any cost, some hurl insults, insanities and abuses left, right and center and some other - what not. I suspect that full form of R&S is 'RELIGION AND STUPIDITY'. Well, by the time you guys respond to this, let me make a helmet for my avatar, I do not know how many brick-bats are on my way.

Christians say that they beleive in what the Bible says.

Sacred texts have been written by enlightened prophets in other religions with written texts, and some sacred pieces of writing and many oral traditions have been passed down in others.
What makes them wrong and the Bible right?

-I don't really remember much about it except that it was about a group of superheroes. The weird thing is that they never used their powers onscreen. (budget?) Only at the very end of the movie did they show them, just for a moment. I think it was made in the 90's though I'm not sure. thx
