Maybe you should take him to the vet. It might be worth checking out.

A very serious infection, green is the sign of infection. Could be from mange but he needs medical attention or it will get flies in it and then maggots. Saw it happen on my daughter's dog before. It was awful. Call the vet and get him checked.

It could be a hot spot. My dog has gotten them before and they seem to be the worst in hot weather. You'll need to get a topical spray from your vet. Although if they usually lick or scratch those.

You need to take the dog to a vet. It could be mange which is highly contagious or a food allergy. Only a vet can tell you what's going on.

You should probably take her to the vet, or try googling the symptoms to try to find out what it is. I wouldn't panic, but it's still probably something you should pay mind too. If she's showing any discomfort or pain take her to the vet asap.

What are you cleaning with? When did this happen? Did anything change (diet? schedule? walk?). What food do you feed?
