I hurt my back last December on the job. I informed my manager at the time and continued to do my job as we were in the middle of a remodel. Recently my Area Manager threatened to fire me if called in or left early because of my back one more time. I told him that this injury happened at work last December. He suggested that I take a leave to get my life in order. I'm seriously looking into changing careers.
I would like to know my rights in this situation.

i'm male, 24, with good fitness, i've been going to the gym for years and have run a marathon. but i can't do a simple cartwheel, or a handstand and i'd really like to be able to!! it amazes me when i see kids cartwheeling effortlessly on the beach, and yet i've tried several times through the years and just can't get the hang of it. do you think if i just keep practising consistently i will get it? and even be able to progress onto back handsprings? any advice on how i should practice? i'm pretty sure it's not my arm strength, i can do 12 pull ups in a row. i weigh about 170lbs. thanks!!

I got into a fight with my friend and it ended with her telling me the reason why so many people push me away. I was told I'm too clingy and I get annoying really fast. My friend also explained to me that I need to chill out and go with the flow, and I know everything she's telling me is right because I really need that. But the question is...How do I do this?? It was a commercial featuring Charles Barkley teaching players to push up against bulls (live bulls not the team). It aired along with one featuring Kevin Garnett teaching players to dunk by jumping off of a diving board into a pool. My husband was in the commercial and i would like to get a copy of it or at least see it, if anyone has seen it or knows where i can view it please let me know, thanx.

my golden retiever got attacked 2 weeks ago by a staffie. this dog got hold of its neck and wouldnt let go. the owner of the staffie had no control over her dog. she is refusing to pay vet bills. beacause the staffie didnt bit a human the police or rspca dont want to know. i have the papers for the civil courts, i know the ladys address but need her name and i am struggling with this, can anyone help. i am hoping i can claim back vet bills and put a control order on this dog so he can not attack anther dog again.

I don't know how to do this! I have been so frustrated, stressed out, unhappy and miserable for a very long time! I can never enjoy what my heart pleases in life. We have very little in common with each other. I would like to find someone, who enjoys the exact same things that I enjoy out of life in general. But I absolutely don't know what to do! This is my very first marriage! I got married to young at 25 yrs of age. At that time, I was not experience enough to know women in general. I know that I did something very stupid, in marrying the wrong woman and my wife knows also, she is very stupid too! We are both stupid for marrying each other at a very young age! Now I know exactly what I want out of life in general. I don't want a marriage counselor. I want absolute out, of this big mess, that i got into from the very begining! At the same time, I am extremely scared to get separated, because of loneliness AND very afraid of finding someone who will accept me for who I am
