i work at a store and today this man called me a tall drink of water. what does that mean? is it a compliment or an insult?

calling a woman tall is a compliment. the drink of water part sounds like he would want you to give him oral sex. thats what my hubby said. he said :"a tall glass of water that he could drink". weird. just a guess
