I thought it should be fine to hem my skirt with fabric glue. I applied the absolute minimum amount of glue in small dots, but it soaked through to the right side of the skirt, and dried as very visible dark spots. Shouldn't it be thicker and not soak through and ruin the way the fabric looks? Is this normal or should I return it to the store and try a new one?

My husband and I bought a dog for $200 a month ago. I am now looking on websites about a couple who are looking for a dog that I am 100% sure is our dog. We have paid over $300 to have this dog fixed and vaccinated and is a member of our family now. Do you think we should or have to give the dog back.

RIght Where Does it start?
today early this morning i took my previous laptop to the car boot sale to sell it.
A Man Was looking at it he decided not to go for it but i was approached by a couloured man 2-3 mins later who was very intrested and he purchased it at the sum of 50 pound. I even gave him my number. I told him the gold honest truth about it all of its specs and all that. about 20-30 mins later im approached by this same man with the laptop in his hand claiming it wasnt working i checked it over it was even the car boot staff had checked it earlyer and he cant use one. i gave it it him back and he became very aggresive and starts pushing me and pulling me so i start to ring the police and he tries to break my phone it was broke up by the CB staff. many people use their cars to work. this is despite the distance from home to work is walkable, bikeable, or less than an hour by train?

they complain on the smoke and pollution. yet it is the cars emmissions that contribute to that pollution they avoid.

I have a 25 gal freshwater tank that has an infestation of snails...I bought a breed of fish that was supposed to eat them...worked great for a few months...but now I am back to what it was...what is the name of the fish? Why are so many people so negative towards the new employee? If they make a mistake, instead of saying something positive like "Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.", they say something like "What are you? Retarded?". If they're not doing something fast enough, instead of saying "We try to get things done in a quick pace", they say "You're a slow worker.". Why is this? Can't they understand that "new" means exactly that: NEW. The new person has to "get their hands dirty" before they can fluently move from one thing to the next. They don't know where everything is. They haven't been trained on everything yet. I wish these people would realize that having a bad attitude towards the new person is actually WORSE in the long run. I also believe that a lot of people nowadays are not qualified to train other people. They always show them the most basic way of doing something, not the optimum way that the company looks for. It seems a lot of details are skipped in the training process. Why?
