my friend and i rented a movie and i want it on my computer so i was going to rip it into iPod format and put it on my iPod. he is sitting next to me yelling at me telling me that they can tell when you rip a dvd to your computer. is this true?

Before i do . .I have to get in better physical shape .. ( YES that means drop a few pounds) luckily my recruiter is willing to PT me as long as it takes .. soo do you have any advise on how to shed more quickly,becoming a marine, or anything else.. Also i will add that , yes I am a FEMALE and yes .. I am in the process of joining the marines.. oh my practice asvap score is VERY high and.. i play the clarinet ( this i a big deal to the recruiter , the guy downtown ( his Boss ) and the person in charge of the Band )

No I do not believe the Church replaced Israel. Paul even stated that is not true. Paul stated that those that believed after Jesus was crucified were "grafted in" with those that believed before Jesus was crucified. Well that is not my real question...I just thought I would throw it out. OK did Jesus die for the sins of all the world? Does that mean Jesus died for Jews and Gentiles? If Jesus died for the Jews then why are they still concidered special? Is there some other way for the Jews to gain favor or salvation with God? As I know the Law of Moses never granted anybody salvation. So here is the forbidden question. This is for Christians to answer. If a Jew that does not believe in Jesus obeys the Torah, the Tanuk, the Talmud or whatever else they are required to obey and Loves Jehovah God with all their heart...are they granted eternal salvation? Once again I am talking about a Jew that clearly rejects Jesus as Savior but claims that they Love God with all their heart?

I was at Target the other day and this lady's kid was screaming for 20 minutes straight. She didn't say a word. It was so distracting I had to leave. Why don't parents discipline their kids when they scream in public? Do they not realize how obnoxious and rude that is? What's the deal? She just kept shopping as if nothing was happening. She should've taken him out to the car or told him to stop it!

Would a protein skimmer, such as the one seen here (http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/prod/204173/i/2/product.web), work fine for a 20-30 gallon tank? I don't want anything too advance, I'm just planning on using it for a few months with 2-3 small fish until I setup a 55 gallon tank. It just seems too cheap; the ones we sell at Petco go for around $200+.

The daughter lives with her grandmother for her whole life--7 months.

The grandmother pretends she owns the daughter, and threatens if we take her that she will fight us in court-

Normally, if we fought for custody, the mother could claim we were unfit parents. However we could argue that we'll just make another baby, and it's impossible for all of the next ones to be handled by the grandmother--and I doubt the grandmother actually "doesnt want us to have a child" as she just wants our first one that she is close to.

What would a judge do? Would he award my mother-in-law the first baby and imply for us to make another? Or would he let our baby stay ours and we have the rights to our child (as we presently do).

We have had not had our kid taken away ever--we just let her have her, assuming we'll take her back in a couple years.

Tonight while at Wal-mart, my 5 year-old daughter was talking with another girl. She saw her again while I was waiting in line to check out. After about 5 min. of my daughter talking to this other little girl, her mom turned around and asked if that was my girl. I said yes, and she tells me, you might keep her away, she(her daughter) has a staph infection. Nice to know after a total of 10-15 min. with my girl right next to her. So how easy is it for it to spread? They didn't touch eachother, but they touched a lot of the same things. I can't understand why she would have her daughter in such a public place. So do I have anything to worry about? Thanks for your help.
