Last week as I was flipping through the pages of my bible I got a paper cut. That cut is now infected. Why would God do that to me?

this is not intended to be offensive or rude--I am trying to LEARN something here...so please, if you take offense--don't respond. I've asked a few Q (you can check my profile) about atheists and many of you state how Christians are constantly telling "you" that you will burn in hell, trying to force their beliefs on you etc (which I don't find very Christian either) so--are these strangers? I highly doubt a complete stranger would start such a thing--but I could be wrong.
Or are they people you know and the same people whom YOU 'constantly tell them they're crazy and believe in a myth'?
I know when I meet someone, I don't even think about their religion or lack of belief. How does the subject come up? Why does it? How often are you really accousted by Christians?

This is in CA. I have subletted a room - the lease ended May 31. The person said they were going to stay (verbally commited) and paid their May rent as usual. On May 29th they said they changed their mind. I have their last month rent deposit (since they hadn't used it) and they said they are entitled to it. Are they?

Actually wireless telephone companies offer cards to conect pcs to internet via wireless telpnhone service, one card per each pc.

I need to conect 2 pcs to internet via wireless telephone service but I want only one card for the 2 computers. I need something like one "router" to share the internet connection for the 2 pcs. Where can i buy such "router" . Thands.

My daughter loves orange foods. She loves carrots, squash, sweet potatoes ..anything orange. She used to like to eat green veggies, but she hasn't been eating them lately when I try to feed them to her. I was raised a christian (luthern) and have noticed so many terrible errors in people on here. One person stated "god gave the devil dominion on earth". Got sent the devil to heck. He doesn't even rule there he's stuck there. One person said "cancer is a gift from god". WHaaaWhaaaWHATTTTT!!!??? I am no longer chrisitan but am still appauled by these people ignorant of their own religions. How can they be this way?

I took my 18 month old daughter to Mc Donalds today.
Coming home i was confronted by a man who demanded cash. I laughed at him which made him upset. I told him that i only took out $10 with me.
Went to macca's.
Then to the sevice station and bought the newspaper.
Now i only have 15c left in my wallet. And if he wanted it he was more then welcome to it. Laughed a little more.
Then he called me a choice name, punched me in the side of the head, then ran off.
He never actually took my 15c. But i'm not sure wheather the police will see this as a crime or not.
What do you think?

he always feels like i need to be talkin to him all the time and i'll tel him i'll call him back and then he'll call me back..it really irritates me and i'll tell him i'm doing something and he'll still try to i.m me or call me, he always wants things for himself but he doesn't do anything helpful for the relationship, he cheated on me before and i forgave him but he still feels the need to talk to other females, am i wrong for not wanting him to talk to other girls???even when he says their just his friends??? what can i do???

sooo, my daughter is 22 months and she has been going potty on the potty chair for about 2 months now, but only when she wants to, and not even everyday. well, the last few days she has been going on the potty several times a day and today she wore big girl undies and only had 1 accident.
i guess my question is how long do you all think it will be before we can throw out the diapers? and how old are kids ussually when they are tottally done with diapers?
