Balsamic strawberries are a great topping for cheesecake, ice cream, etc. I've worked in fine dining for years and surprised a lot of people with these.
2 cups sliced strawberries
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Pinch salt
Melt butter in a sautee pan and sautee strawberries to coat with the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for a few minutes until it thickens and reduces a bit. Taste it and add more sugar or vinegar to adjust to your preference. I know it sounds strange but it's a great combination.

Well everyone is going to make tell you to make strawberry shortcake but you can make strawberry cobbler.
Take your strawberries, wash them and cut them in half and add about 1 cup of sugar to 4-5 cups of strawberries. Then add some lemon juice about a 1 teaspoon, a teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg, then add 2-5 tablespoons of flour until it gets thick. Then take your mixture and put it into your pan. Then to make the top. Take 2 1/4 cups of bisquick and 2/3 cup of milk and mix together then drop heaping spoonfuls of the batter on top of the strawberry mixture. If you need more make more. Then sprinkle with more cinnamon and bake at 350 until the biscut mix turn golden brown and when sticking a toothpick in to center it comes out clean!!

Ever come across rhubarb? It has a sour taste to it when raw, but when it is cooked it goes awesome with the sweetness of strawberries. Try slicing some strawberries, with some sliced rhubarb. Toss them in a bowl with sugar vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Then place them in small casserole dish, whatever size you want for however amount of servings you need. Then in a mixing bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour, a pinch of salt, and cold butter cubes. Squeeze that all together between your fingers untill it all comes together. Sprinkle that mixture over the strawberry mixture and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 35 minutes or untill browned and bubbly goodness. And out comes a fresh strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler... Top with your favorite ice cream.. Hagen Daz Vanilla has to be the best vanilla ice cream ever!! hope you enjoy

Frozen strawberry jam is what we always made with whatever we couldn't use. The Certo box has lots of recipes, but you could also just freeze them for later.
If you are over 21, just sprinkle them with a little sugar, splash of Grand Marnier and eat alone or on a pound cake. Simple, quick and delicious. Daiquiries made with strawberries and peaches are great too as is strawberry pie.
