How can I get a network of 2 pcs connected to internet via wireless telephone, using only one wireless teleph?

Actually wireless telephone companies offer cards to conect pcs to internet via wireless telpnhone service, one card per each pc.

I need to conect 2 pcs to internet via wireless telephone service but I want only one card for the 2 computers. I need something like one "router" to share the internet connection for the 2 pcs. Where can i buy such "router" . Thands.

Assuming you are using a version of Windows newer than Win95, you can install the wireless telephone Network connection one one PC and then turn on what's called Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on that PC. (Exact details on how to do that depend on your exact software.) Connect to two PCs with a network (wireless, wired, your choice) and the ICS software will let the one PC surf, and act as a router for the other PC.

Even if you don't use Windows, don't despair. Other operating systems have their own version of this software. Save yourself the money on a router though.

Actually you can get routers for those cards and connect as many as you would like! Just check at most any large computer store of even Verizon, TMobile etc.. they will help.

i did the same thing this is what you do plug the ethernet cord into the back of the xbox then plug the other end into the router or modem (the box by your computer with flashing lights ask ur parents they will know what it is) OK then turn the router or modem off then back on then wait 30-45 seconds ( till all the lights are on) then get on ur xbox then push get xbox live then u test connection and all the lights on the loading thing sould go on but just wait a few then put creat xbox live acount P.S. enter code P.S.S. wat u did wrong the first time is u pluged the other end of the ethernet cord to the back of the computer not the router or modem

Linksys has come out with a new wireless mobile broadband router. just install your aircard into the router itself. I was just reading it on the linksys site when I saw your question
