Just wanted to get your opinion on something, i do kyokushin karate, our dojo is quite strong and we have some great fighters in both the full contact and non contact tournaments

Iv noticed some people saying how much of a discrace it is to see young kids with black belts, but i disagree, we do have young kids who have black belts, quite a few actually, but their technique is absolutely amazing! way better than mine and some of the adult black belts even, the kyokushin policy basicaly is you can get your blackbelt, you dont have to have any full contact fights if your under 16, but you cant get your 2nd Dan until you turn 18 and you have to fight full contact then

I absolutely understand where the black belt for kids comoes from, parents always want their child to get that black belt, you cant blame them for not understanding karate, and the kids fees put more equipment in our Dojo, so i dont have a problem with it, what do you guys think?

Where I'm employed I work As a Salesman and office help. I work a designated schedule and get an hourly wage and should be considered an employee, however i am treated as a subcontractor when i get paid and she has me file a 1099 tax form. To make matters worse I don't get paid overtime or any other benefits. I've talked to my accountant and he says what she is doing is very unethical and even called her on it. I basically run her business for her. What should I do? Other employess have brought it up and she gets irate and offensive. Suggestions??

TEHRAN (AFP) - Iran Tuesday refused to rule out using oil supplies as a weapon in the standoff over its nuclear programme, saying Washington had never excluded attacking the Islamic republic.

"When the Americans say that using the military option against Iran regarding its nuclear issue is not off the table then Iran can say that it will not put aside the instrument of oil," Iran's representative to OPEC, Hossein Kazempour Ardebili, said in an interview with the Shargh newspaper.


Asked where Iran's "red line" on using oil as a weapon lay, he replied: "The red line lies where the Americans fail to say that using military means against Iran is illegal."


"We will not be the first to use our instrument but if the others do not put aside their pressure instruments in the negotiations, then it is natural both sides talk about their instruments," he added.

Im 14 years old. (Male) I want to get in shape this summer. I weigh 153 pounds, 5'7"+ , and, though I'm not obese or visibly fat, im very pudgy and want to get fit and healthy. I have an eliptical machine in my house, and have access to a pool a few times a week. What should I do, and what should I eat? My main goal is to get rid of the fat, not gain muscle stregth. I have had a serious headache for over a week now. I think that it is sinus problems, but I have been taking sinus meds and the headache is still there. I have been taking a few pain killers to try to get rid of it as well..it will for some period of time and the headache will come back. I am going crazy, please help.
