Gee, Erudite, let's see . . .

You claim to be a Vietnam veteran, so you should have some personal experience here. How many "gooks" did you kill? What was your personal body count? What did their loved ones have to say about it?

How many of your buddies were killed by the "gooks" -- VC or NVA? Why did that happen? What did the loved ones have to say about that?

What an ignorant question from an ignorant man.

Sadly this seems to be a daily occurence. If it's not the Americans being killed, it's the local country men killing each other and civilians. I'm certain that the loved ones are devastated. The suicide bombers believe that they are doing something good by blowing up people and themselves. I truly don't understand this whole thing. War is just not the answer in any way, shape, or form. Peace to all :)

Because its war, i have loved ones who are defending our Country and there are no cap guns over there.
Where there is war, there is death. This is what our Country was made with. We are trying to instill the freedoms that WE enjoy into a system who does not respect peoples God given right to live a happy and prosporus life without worry from tyrants.
God Bless our Fighting Men and Women.

They got killed because Bush and Cheney are evil beings who get hard anytime an American soldier or an Iraqi is killed over there. Soldiers are sent over there with equipment that barely works.

End the war now.

They were killed because GW sent them in to conquer and occupy a country that he didn't understand. He supported the troops by not giving them the equipment they need and by cutting their benefits. When they return injured, some severely, they are being further supported by the lack of adequate health care in the VA system.

GW and pals didn't plan well and no reasons that were valid to go to war so they lied about it all. The lies have been uncovered some but few really care. Those that do are usually labeled "liberals" and screamed at.

Because Bush is too stupid and stubborn to be President.

Here's an idiot who gets to choose how to fight war, but he's NOT qualified.

More die, nothing changes. We have to hope time passes quickly until we get a NEW mind.

God help those lost troops and their families. Bush is to blame. The worst leader in history.
