I would tell u to take a nice walk and when u came back I would have a funny movie waiting to make u laugh till u cry happy tears

Sure, if it helps to talk, I'll be your sounding board, if it helps, just to get out and do something, let's go! Just know you're not alone, there are a lot of great people out there willing to listen and can relate to your anger. Don't cut yourself short, you're too important for that. I'd say that it wont help you to be angry and you are too good to deserve to suffer and I'd get you up and tell you we were headed to the nearest fun place we could go so you could forget all your troubles and have a good time :)

No, tears are a great way to release emotion. You shouldn't keep it inside, let it out.

brown paper packages tied up with string...
these are a few of my favorite things...
when the dog bites...
when the bee stings...
I simply remeber a few of my favorite things...
and then I don't feel sooooo baaaaaddddd.
