No carbs, so like steak, shrimp, chicken, bacon, and veggies (only certain ones) those are all good food.

Ice-your body burns more calories trying to regulate your internal temperature then Ice has so its a good one. Also, any food rich in protein such as fish, which also contain good fats. Eat fresh veges and fruit-:)

Protein rich foods help kick it into high gear! LIke meats or peanut butter (not too much PB though).

fresh, unprocessed foods - lean meat, healthy fats like nuts and avocados and ones that come from fish, veggies and fruit - you should be having 5-8 servings a day and whole grains like whole wheat breads, old fashioned oatmeal, whole wheat pasta etc.

Veggies that are smoothered in ranch dressing so that way you don't have to taste them! fruit is good too!
