I don't know what you mean by "go after." If given the option, pro life people would vote against pro choice candidates in those countries. But they generally aren't given the option. And they do oppose foreign aid to places that advocate abortion.
And yes, tree-huggers should go after China for its pollution. Which is ironic, because the Kyoto Protocol actually excludes China from the requirements it imposes on most of the rest of the world.
