I lived in the United Kingdom, but I work online and my work is in situated in Florida and I have a bank account opened in Florida, US. Where would my tax be claimed? In the United Kingdom because I live there or Florida because my work is situated there?

I know there is no income tax in Florida that is why I am asking.

I support my husband's career and have been very supportive during all of his past deployments. However, since his last tour, I have been diagnosed with a very serious illness that will require me to have frequent treatments to sustain my life. Not only are these treatments time consuming, but they also carry many risks. I am afraid of him being so far away and worrying about me-which increases danger. Also, fear the scenario of our son being alone if something happens to me...until they can get him home.Any info would be helpful.

..seem to have shot up. A water test on Sat showed OK - Amm 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate was between 25-50 (has always shown 25 before now), pH 7.6.
I have just done another test and my Amm and nitrite are still 0, but my nitrate is now between 50-100 and my pH has gone up to 8... why is this?
I done a 20% water change on Wednesday,and will be doing another one this Wed and I used the same tap water (treated with Aquasafe).
Why is my pH changing? What can I do to alter this? And why is my nitrate going up, yet my amm and nitrite have always shown zero? My tank is still new and cycling, and I have 6 platys, who seem OK.

This is the first time for me, but it was in the podunk town of Decatur, Indiana. I purchased a large fry and got a large fry package with about 10 french fries in it. The manager was totatlly unprofessional and acted like I freaking ate them in the two seconds it took to walk in the door.

Just wondering if this is an isolated a$$hole occurrance, or is it like this at every McDonald's in podunk small towns (or other large towns).

My ex (have a kid together) said I should file a complaint online with McDonalds. She said she did and got an item replacement from the company. What would/have you done in this situation? Is it worth it to take the 15 mins out of my life to complain about $2 or so in fries?

When Superman was created, the creaters made his attitude to represent the American ideals of truth, justice, and the American way and his powers to represent the superman we all want to become.

Some of you want to know more background.... I am soon to be 47, been married 27 years, I have 3 kids, 2 adult and 1 a teenager. I also have a 30 yr. old stepson and 2 grandchildren. I don't think I am in love with my husband!!! we met when I was 19 back then he was everything I wanted, biker, parties, long hair, rough and tough friends. He's changed he's a warm, caring loving man.....But I am so BORED.... and it has nothing to do with the bedroom (its all good) but this other man makes me LAUGH and he talks to me and is interesting to listen to. I can't ask my husband to be these things... he can't its not in him. I know its wrong and I don't know what kind of answers I'm looking for, maybe if I see it than I will know, Don't be to quick to judge my friend or his religiuos beliefs, he has come a long way from where he has been. We bought a Yorkie pup home last Thursday and my mum is at the end of her tether with him because he just won't stop whining, most of the night and day and he seems to be getting louder. My mum rang the breeder and she said that this litter have particularly big lungs and are very loud but she didn't tell us this before buying him. We do love him but none of us are getting any sleep and we are worried he'll get worse as he's older. Are there any tips to help keep him quiet? We let him out of his crate during the day if there are people about, we play with him to keep him amused and settle him before we put him down for the night and ware him out but it doesn't seem to work. We put him in his crate and he starts but has now started when he's out. He's 9 weeks old. We tried ignoring him but that makes it worse.

A minor age 14, was approached by California law enforcement for questioning. Teen request that his mom be present. Both officers refused. He was told if he didn't answer without a parent he would be arrested and placed in juvenile hall through the weekend. We questioned one officer about what we witnessed. He told us that they didn't have to allow a parent to be present, only a lawyer if the child requested it. We insisted that it wasn't right and was told to produce the code and they would change their tactics.
As a parent, my concern is that the minor may not understand the miranda and its consequences. I know my own children are quite niave and probablly wouldn't know when to ask for a lawyer. You want them to cooperate but at the same time protect their rights. Thank you
