At this moment for the last 6 months I've got someone whose definitely mad at me. I don't know why she's over reacting over it and I'm not bothered either. Even if I can do something [and believe you me I tried] more than likely she'll still act silly so I'm not going to try.

If it is your fault that they are mad - then try apologising - and saying how sorry you really are for upsetting them in the first place.

1. Ask for their forgiveness
2. Tell them you will never do it again, and mean it.
3. Ask them if they would like to go out for lunch.
4. If they don't answer you 'now' then wait for awhile, let them think about it.
