Essentially that is what the debate is, freedom versus equality, capitalism or socialism. You do know that the two opposed positions cannot truly mix, the tension is too great for that to ever work.

The thoughts I have asked about this evening were inspired to say the least by this article. If you care about freedom you should read it. If your focus is equality and socialism, try reading Marx, perhaps the Communist Manifesto.

The Pope, a schoolboy and an unnamed American President are in a plane. Suddenly the pilot suffers a heart attack and the craft takes a nosedive. As the engines sputter, the three passengers try to stay calm.
'Well,' says the Pope, 'we have established that none of us can land this baby, so we're going to have to jump for it.'
'But there are only two parachutes,' says the boy, pointing to a pile of bundles by the exit.
Without hesitating, the American President rushes over to them, takes one and shouts: 'I am the President of the United States of America. I am the world's most powerful leader. And apart from that, I am the most intelligent President in the history of my country. I have a responsibility to my people not to die.'
With that, he leaps out of the plane.
Now the Pope turns calmly to the schoolboy and says: 'I am already old. I have already lived my life as a good person and a priest. There is a place for me in heaven. I insist you take the last parachute.'

I've had this problem for a while - my sleep is always filled with dreams that I can still remember til the next morning. Not nightmares, but just normal dreams, but the fact that I can still remember them means that they are quite vivid and that my brain has been working all night even when I am sleeping. This causes me to not be able to sleep well and I often feel tired the next morning. The doctor advised me to not think too much when I go to bed, but the thing is I'm not in any stress or thinking about anything when I sleep and yet I still have disturbed sleep. This happens every single night. Does anyone have the same problem? Can anyone advice me on what I can do to overcome this?

So I have the Verizon Chocolate phone, I got it back in August, and I am sick of it, I completely HATE it. It is always acting completely weird. Since it is touch sensitive and will only work when you touch it, sometimes the buttons won't work. When I try to call someone the "Send" button won't work, and sometimes when I slide open the phone, it starts calling the last person on the "recent calls" list. Sometimes the "OK" button doesnt work as well. Well I am tired of it so I want to get me the new Orange enV phone from Verizon. What will they charge me since my contract isnt over yet. I am not changing to another network, I just want to change my phone. Anyone else had the same problem with this chocolate phone?? Or can anyone tell me what I am going to be charged to change phones?? Thanks!!!

If you are sitting at your table........ your waiter never refilled your drinks or brought your ticket and you had to get up and get your own to go boxes... because you dont even know where your waiter is after sitting there for 20 minutes looking around.
