Where is a good place to go for my bday? it's on a Monday, but I'll probably go out on the following Saturday.

Oak park is a bad area.
Strikes in Rocklin would be great for a Birthday! They have a bunch of bars, a sit down restaurant, bowling (of course), a rock climbing wall, and all the typical arcade games.
Mandangos in is a fun bar, too. There is one in Roseville, and one in Sacramento.
Empire is a dance club downtown that would be perfect for a 21st Birthday, too.

Details, details! To eat or to drink. Don't go to Oak Park, bad area. Guess it depends on what you want to do, what type of food you like. I would click LOCAL on Yahoo for your area and enter what your interested in, if it food what type restaurant, Mexican, Italian etc. Then it will pull up places in your area. For bars/nightclubs it will do the same thing. Hard to say because I don't know what you want. And I live in Sacto.

take some friends go somewhere cool that you have always wanted to go but have not been allowed then don't overdo it and end up puking in the guter

oak park...a great place to just hang out and have a good time...flowers fish market is good for a excellent dining experience.
