I walked downstairs in my living room to watch tv right. But somthing caught my eye. I looked back at it and it was a white cat looking straight at me. like it knew i was gunna walk downstairs to be able to see it. I felt as if it wanted to know it was there. Is it a sign of good? or can it be bad???

Even though I have more German, Polish, Slovenian ancesters, my last name, Matyas, is likely Hungarian. My great-grandfather (dad's dad's dad) was a orphan from Austro-Hungry and served on horseback during WWI. When he immigranted to the US, they converted the name from Matyaz to Matyas (unverified).

Anyways it seemed almost no one could pronounce my last name, like I did, just by looking at it. Only two people did: My 8th grade chemistry teacher, and a college professor who came from Austria, who later asked me if it was Hungarian.

Last year, a language professor told me I pronounced it wrong, then she pronounced it. Way different! I told her about it being originally Matyaz, and then she pronounced Matyaz; closer sounding, but still different. Ten months later Hungarian students visited the campus and pronounced my name differently then I did. How could my family screw that up all these years? They pride themselves in "Polish heritage".

I pronounce it "ma-TIE-is"

Im taking a photo class and our first project is about exposure.
We have to shoot the subject at normal exposure and then also 2 stops under-exposed and over-exposed.
I know that under-exposed means darker but how do I do that? Like what do I do with the shutter speed and f-stop?
And what about making it overexposed?
And how can I use the light meter to help guide me?

Im supposed to be taking these pictures outside btw.
and I have a Pentax ZX60 camera with a Pentax 28-90 lens.
Do i have to do anything with the lens for exposure?

And does anyone know about the Pentax ZX60? I think my teacher said that instead of making it 2 stops over/under exposed, I'm supposed to make it 4 half stops because my camera has more numbers. This is true right?

And does anyone know what AV means? Aperture? Do i have to do anything with the aperture to change the exposure? How do you change it?

Sorry about all the questions, Im just a little confused.

She just had a litter of 4 kittens a week ago. one was still born and slitly deformed and another has a mildly deformed nose. I know she needs a vet, but its 4 AM on a sunday and none of the vets around hear are gona see her rite naw (small Town) What can I do for her (besides pray) to keep her as comfortable as posable? I know she is in pain i can see it in her eyes! Please what shuld i do?!!

I want to lose about 15 pounds or so. I am wondering if that will change my breast size a lot. I am about 150 pounds( not really overweight...just a little bit) and a C cup. I'm naturally curvy and not a small very small structured girl. Basically I want to know how much will my breast size go down if I lose that amount of weight. I hope not a lot.

I am so sick of my sister - I am 20 and she is 16 this year. When iw as her age, i was working on weekends and after school so i could earn a bit of money and buy things for myself. I started working as soon as i was old enough to get a job! I work full time now, and am saving up to move overseas early next year, but i just cant take it anymore!

She does NOTHING.She doesnt clean up after herself, doesnt help out at all, she asks for money and never pays it back, is rude, is selfish, swears all the time and doesnt care about anyone else except herself, she has a job but never goes to it.She doesnt listen and doesnt feel she needs to do anythign as she intends on living with my parents for as long as possible. Mum complains that she is the only one that does anythign and that no one helps her out - i always help and always offer, yet this brat gets away with everything. If we argue, my parents back her up - i cant handle her attitude - any help or ideas for how i can?
