I have only been living in my house for less than a year, but I really want to make sure I get my security deposit back. This is my first time renting. I am moving out in two weeks and I've already scheduled someone to clean everything after I move out. My big concern is the walls. I think the house is a little bit old because when I tried to nail some pictures on the wall, it started to crumble and fall apart leaving me with 3 or 4 1/4"-1/2" holes in the wall! Is it better to try to fix it myself, hire someone or risk losing my deposit? I was planning on filling the holes with wall putty and painting over them, but I'm afraid I won't be able to match the paint.

I have Severe Canal Stenosis, Also a Herniated disk in the back of my neck. Dr’s want to do surgery replacing some washer type thingys and put in a metal plate in. It will not cure the Stenosis. They said the only thing it will do is, it might help in case I fall or get hit by a car from the rear to keep me from going paralyzed from neck down or dying. I was supposed to have surgery on June 8th but I cancelled.
I am a Christian and I believe God will heal me. He did, He can, and I believe He will! However everyone I talk to says I should have the surgery that God uses Dr.s too. When I read the Bible… I read in James to not waver in my faith. James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. It is usually claimed by the manufacturers that Composite type insulators are maintenance free; in other words these insulators for HV & EHV overhead transmission lines once installed are there for the life of the transmission line without any requirements of regular maintenance. Usually for ceramic insulators like glass and porcelain, a definite regular maintenance schedule is required, which is not only time consuming but utilities have to spend millions of dollars on such maintenance. As our utility is in middle east, our transmission lines run through desert areas of high winds and very close to the coastal region. Because of this desert coastal environment, the pollution of the insulators takes place very fast as compared to European countries. We want to replace the ceramic type insulators with Composite type to counter the pollution factor.
