They can't be moved because these pictures are in (.wbz) format which can only be opened by Webshots software. these files are normally stored in My Documents under the Webshots folder.

The pictures used by webshot are in a special format. They can not be opened by any other program. Nor can webshot open any pictures not in webshots formats. So if you were to move a webshot pic to your my pictures, you would be unable to open or view it. (Keeps people from stealing their pics for use with other programs).
About the only way to get a webshot picture for use elsewhere is to do a "print screen" of the webshot picture, and then save that in a commons (jpg or bmp) format.
