Can any one suggest a good gym work out for someone who wants to loose about 5 - 6 kg of fat, tone up and along the way get in shape for the new season (as a goalkeeper). Also, what diet (exact if possible) would best accompany this programme?

Many people say Basil Rathbone, but for me the best Holmes was Jeremy Brett. Holmes was mad...like a lot of geniuses. He was manically depressed when he no cases, and took to injecting cocaine. When he had a case he was full of life, his knowledge and interest were esoteric to say the least (Watson tried documenting them). Brett captured that, he looks like Holmes (in the earlier episodes) he was brilliant. Who do you think was the best and why?

i have an exam tomorrow and i cant keep everything in my head!!! i read it memorise it and then when someone asks me a question i dont remember the answer (i am like a gold fish)can u give me any tips on how to study fast and effectively!!!!

i'm 13 and have been getting some kind of white stuff in my pants.
i get in everytime i change my underwear.
it doesn't itch at all. and doesn't have a strong smell.

i've heard stuff about yeast infections, any idea if i have one ?
