1.) I would hate to be the Ref!
2.) Sales of food products among the crowd would be extremely low.
3.) The champion would most likely eat a fan or two after the match.
4.) It wouldn't be a fight! It would be a struggle to either knock one another out with any object available or bite bite bite until one of them gives out.
5.) If the champion ever returns to their home country and their people become aware of his status I'm sure that one of them would eat the poor sucker just to 1up him.

Well , first off, i wouldn't brand it a boxing match. I would put them in staightjackets, bind their feet, and lock them in a small room. Then they can try to bite each other "bobbing for apples" style and let them crawl around like maggots.
