2. Sure I'll put my husband on a leash to keep him from straying, and if he misbehaves, I might just tie him to the bumper of my car and then take him for a little drive around the block!

not really, depending on the husband. Most men will rebel to such a thing, so along with that leash you may need to learn to be a private investigator. But some men want to be put on a leash, or thats all they need.
