first, keep calm. you should not panic. have some sleep aand most important, you have to eat well
second, don't rush! take some time to read, but don't try to memorise and spit everything out like a parrot. Try to understand your notes and the logic of a topic so it'll be easier for you not to forget.
If you still have memory problems, you can memorise a point or key words and then, try to answer questions in your own words.
well hope i helped
Good Luck!

My own tips to succeed in an exam:
1. Before you study or memorize some lectures, you must go
to a quiet place where nobody is bothering you just like
your own bedroom.
2. To memorize some lectures, try reading the whole
definition many times then try asking somebody a question
about the lectures you have memorized. Maybe you will
remember the lectures you have memorized. If you don't
remember it again, try reading the lectures again.
3. When you're in an exam, keep your memorized lectures
inside your head. Try thinking the lectures you have
memorized. Don't think about computer games and any
thing that may entertain you just concentrate about the
lectures you have studied.
4. If you succeed the exam, try doing the numbers 1 to 3
again for the next coming exam.
I hope my studying tips would work! :)

Your biggest problem is not learning but rather panic, fear, and anxiety. If the exam is tomorrow [or today] you are almost in a position of having the "law of diminishing returns" kick in. "The law of diminishing returns" is a concept from economics, according to which in a production system with fixed and variable inputs (say factory size and labor), beyond some point, each additional unit of variable input yields less and less additional output. Conversely, producing one more unit of output costs more and more in variable inputs. For your situation, you are at a point where if you haven't learned it yet, your probability of learning it now is much less.
NOW, we must proceed on the basis that you actually HAVE learned it but your anxiety is preventing you from recalling it. In this case, perhaps meditation and / or deep breathing exercises will calm you sufficient that you may take the test in a "less stressed-out" condition. Breathe slowly, and you will calm yourself. It will help you maintain your focus both before and during the exam.
Think positively, and good luck.

Organize. Create outlines of your subject matter.
(relax, too.)
Learn the relationships of all the data you are trying to memorize.
Work problems over and over.
