Has anyone older than fifty on here lived their whole life without living through a natural disaster? I am much younger than 50 and I have already lived through a hurricane and about 3 tornadoes. If you are younger than 50 and have lived through one, please tell.

my boyfriends sister is having a party this saturday and i know for sure... my boyfriends ex girlfriend is going to be there... i really dont want to talk to her or see her because i know what she did to my boyfriend... but my boyfriends sisters rally want me to go... i already told them that i dont want to go because she is gonna be there but they insist on me going...i wish i could make her feel like **** that day but i dont want to seem like a b***.. so what can i do to make this day a good day for me and bad day for her... or should i just not go?? please help!!!!

I'm doing GCSE so the answer should be pretty basic. I thought proteins were used to make cellulose or does it make chloroplasts. Really confused as all i'm seeing is plants convert nitrates into amino acids thus proteins. So what do plants use proteins for.
