No, that is not the Teachers or the Principal's responsibility that falls solely on the parents who raise them. No one else should ever touch your kids that would be a crime!

Sometimes they do not hear it at home enough either--too many kids learn early to call the cops and say abuse.

that and parents don't take time to sit down w/ their kids and understand what is being taught in school...some parents treat school like it's a babysitter and aren't active in the learning process
