I know "Song 2" by Blur. It's an awesome song, but really short. The lead singer has an accent so I can barely understand what he is saying, but he definitely say "woo hoo" in the chorus. Hope I helped you! ;)

AHHH I HATE "SWEET ESCAPE"!!!!!!!! I hate those "whoo hoos" by akon. Im pretty sure you're looking for Song 2 by Blur. Its the dude who made the band GORILLAZ! Blur was his old band. Either that or you're looking for that song that goes "whoo hooo whoo hoo hooo" which is by The 5,6,7,8's i believe.
