In your humble opinions, who are the greatest, most controversial, and/or influential movers and shakers in the history of New York City? I'd love to see all of you submit at least ten suggestions (I hate top ten lists, ha!). Feel free to offer any names from any realm: sports, politics, humanities, finance, entertainment, et al, but try to make it a mixed bag. I don't want to see a list of your top ten Yankees. And please try to think historically. I seriously doubt there are any truly landmark individuals from the last 25 years, excluding Rudy Giuliani, Al Sharpton, Joe Torre and Bernie Goetz. hi,everyone..i dont understand why i suddenly think back many things..i think back the day that incident happened..i felt so scary..i still could feel the pain inside me..my heart beats so fast..i still remember it very clear..maybe it happened too sudden already..i just couldn't accept even though i know i have to..we had lots of sweet memories but everything i ever knew,is a lie..i think back everything we did together..we says together..everything about us..but till now,i dont know whether its all true out from her heart or what..im so confused..i told many things to myself..ask myself to wake up,dont think about her anymore,dont expect anything from her..n some of u were right with ur speech..it made me decided not to call her n msg her anymore..but i still miss her so much..i said to myself that i will still be happy without her but.................why like that??

I am just wondering because I have a friend who is in trouble for 3 theft charges and one petty theft, that is what the municipal court website says anyway. She says that she wrote 3 bad checks and she is getting charged with theft. But I thought she would get charged with bad checks. What is the differenece? Also these crimes occured back in 2006, this time last year actually, so why on the court docket is everything dated for this year?

I have no problem w/ jewish people.I see them as just another white person.Alecia Sylverstone.Thats all I'm saying !!! I think of them more of a secret fraternity.It is common knowledge the Diamonds,gold,entertainment,banking,Edu.&Univ.systems,newspaper,and justiceSystems are predominately Jewish run.For some reason just saying this makes you a bad guy.If I noticed all the names on the WWW. board were jewsish sir names I would be a bad guy too.But what I want to explore is the possibility that media has driven into our minds the perfect penial form is a cropped one.How did religious rite of a minority religion become standard in less then 50 yrs.To convince someone to snip their precious newborn child's yoowhoo is no small feat.But if the sir names of the people that run our mainstream medical world were jewish a;so that would be.....Could it be a big scheme or is it paranoia ?Nobody can ever single out jewish males like the Nazis did now it's normal.A little all too convienient ?

The Dark Side. Feared by many. Embraced by few. I am one of the few. It is not bad. I no longer fear it as the many weaklings that inhabit this hellish pit called Earth! It felt cold,I was blind, I was angry, I was sad. How I embraced it. I thought about all the bad things that happened to me, all the dark and sad memories. I thought about all the times I was picked on,then I thought about getting my revenge on the bullies and hurting them in sadistic ways. I thought about all the people whom I loved and died in my life. I could also see the future. The dark side told me that my friends would die if I did not embrace what it had to offer. I gained strength through the pain! The dark side will serve me well!

This question came from a local mathematical olympiad competition I had just a few weeks ago. I have finished it already but I am unsure of the answers. Note that no calculators and geometrical instruments are allowed.

Eventhough I say exactly what I mean, and I am very clear with my message, I still come across so many people who still don't understand what I'm saying. I sometimes have to give detailed directions on how to complete a task, and I find that many people are just not good at follwing directions, even when it is to their own benefit to do so. Does anyone have this problem communicating with people?

i delivered my baby one month ago and because ive been soo tired i havent been breastfeeding as often.. it went from 10 times a day to about 2 or 3. will my milk supply still stick around? is it better than nothing or is it the same as if i didnt breastfeed at alll? does he get ANY benefit out of it?

my sister has a hair, just 1 hair, that insists on growing on her chin, in the same place about every 2 weeks. She will pull it out (all the way to the root) and yet it comes back. This hair has been growing for the past 2 years. She is 41.

Your motivation for serving God should be love for God, not to try to get something from God. That is why so many atheists are correct in seeing so many believers as hypocrits.
They are serving God in order to gain something for themselves, not give of themselves to Someone greater.

I have recently purchased a belkin usb to serial port converter( the old 9 pin connector) so i can run some old periferals. I have selcted a comport which is showing as free on device manager wich was com 2. Even though there is no evidence of conflict, when ever i start to use an application to run a periferal, It may start to work and the signals are going through becasue the external device is responding, but nothing is uploading to the pc. Eventually the pc will come up with an error msg, saying is the device turned on, is there a conflict etc. i've atempting moving other items such as modems and so forth but still no success. Lastly the periferals need to be sitting on a com port between 1-4 as all the software i am using to run these devices only show 1-4.....thanx

My light on my fish tank just turns off by itself I can turn it back on but it's a pain in the but. Do I just need to replace the bulb or do I need to replace the whole hood? I would assume that if it's the bulb it would just go out and not turn on again but I don't know if fluorescent tube lights are different. Thank you for your help.
