whenever i encounter it it flees i even tried using trapinch becuz of his special effect but it still fled. do i have to use mean look or watever or do i just try to be lucky? i already used my masterball so that doesnt really help

thnx for ur help i caught it with my jynxes meanlook i paralyzed it and had it to 1 hp lol then i used like 100 ultra balls i had to flee once to get some more

I would catch a Wobuffet. You can catch a level 36 or 35 Wobuffet in Lake Valor. Just surf down to the bottom right corner and there will be grass. Use your pokeradar and catch one.
It has the ability Shadow Tag so Cresselia can't escape. Hope this helped!
