how likely can lawyers get judge to force me to turn over my non- ERISA retirement funds in case of lawsuit. I know it is extremely difficulty if I have a ERISA retirement fund and I hear it is also still difficult for lawyers to get money to be paid out of retirement accounts in general, is this true?

not things one would wish for, but would dread ie death of family member...illnesses...911... some times pleasant ones too... all implausible...all unstoppable...always inevitable

I am especially interested in the religious take on this. I am aware of the scientific angle.

I've been thinking for a few months that I'd like to follow in my father's foot steps...he rescues abused and neglected farm animals and rehabilitates them for use in his free neighborhood petting zoo...I was raised rescueing and rehabilitating animals with him and now that I'm 18, a high school grad with a full time job, I'm looking to start college...pick a career...I don't want to be rich or famous but I want to make a difference in the world around me during my lifetime...I couldn't be a vet or an animal cop, although I'd like to I just don't think it's right for me...I thought about opening up a no-kill shelter but have no clue how to and I've been told that's something you lose money on (I may not want to be rich but I do want to be a home owner)...I loved what my dad and I did together but it was a hobby not a career...I thought maybe taking this class might help me decide what to do in life:

For the past couple of weeks my bottom lip has been splitting right down the middle. I dont know why because my lips arent chapped. When it does split it burns like crazy, and when i put chap stick on it, it doesnt do anything. My lip will be perfectly fine and then i smile or say something and it splits. What do i need to do to make this stop? It is getting annoying along with painful and i dont want it to get infected or look like i have a big sore on my lip. Whats the deal?
