i think it has something to do with learning how to do on-the-floor meal management, planning and management of catered events, food and supply orders, planning, organising, and completing a special project, and working closely with the full-time professional management team

What you probably mean is a "flour mill" not a floor meal.
A flour mill is a place where wheat grains (and in some cases rice grains) are ground into flour.
Unfortunately I cannot find any list of flour mills in the Philippines online. Your local Chamber of Commerce or Trade Association might be able to help.
