Sights like the Guns & Ammo site listed, and the velocity chart someone else posted can only give you a guestimate of velocity.

For one thing you didn't mention bullet weight, powder charge, brand of factory ammo, or barrel length of your rifle. All of these have an impact on velocity.

The only way to know for sure is to use a chronograph. Thankfully, they are no longer terribly expensive. Today you can buy one for under $100.00 and you can know of a certainty what velocity your rifle is producing and sight it accordingly.

There are lots of 30 caliber magnum cartridges. The 300 H&H has been around for about 85 years, and the 378 Weatherby has been necked down to 30 caliber. If you mean 300 Winchester Magnum, please say so.
Popular bullet weights range from 150 to 220 grains, and the lighter bullets will obviously come out faster.
Powder charge, primer, barrel length, and the weather will all affect muzzle velocity. I'd suggest you get a handloading manual to learn something about cartridges, even if you don't have any intention of loading your own cartridges, and also an inexpensive chronograph to measure the actual velocity of your load from your rifle.

muzzle velocity is 3280 fps, @100yrds is 2980 fps, @400yrds is 2190fps, @500 yrds is 1950fps. go to gunns and ammo.com and look at their ballistics charts. gives fps, energy, and bullet drop.

it comes in at just approx starting at 2600 fps up to approx 3100 fps.
