it happened about an hour ago, the nausea passed and i feel somewhat normal again, it happened to be in the lower right quadrant of my abs. i was really scared. are these symptoms normal for a popped ligament or muscle? there is no pain if i sit up straight or walk, so its probably not appendix. what can be done to a popped ligament? Will it heal on its own? Will I die? I have two babies sleeping and a husband sleeping who rolled over and said your not going to die. Has this happened to anyone else? i am fat, i gained 30 for marriage and 30 for each child, i weigh 210 lbs. i did 10 situps on an incline 4 days ago, my abs hurt everytime i moved, but they seemed to be getting better (as far as cpnstant pain is concerned) but i sleep on my stomach with my abs stretched out. and i was sleeping for about 3 hours before i turned over and did the situp to get out of bed and something popped. im kinda freaked out, a little scared any imput would be good. and yeah, i know i need to lose weight.

When a finger was suspiciously broken within an hour after I left, the nursing home did not report it to the police. Instead, the head nurse called me in and told me that I was prohibited from questioning the staff about it and that the two nursing assistants who were on duty were her "stars." I was afraid to report it for fear of further harm being done. The 18k wedding ring also disappeared in that nursing home and was replaced with a gold filled ring which the staff brought out from the back room and represented as belonging to the patient.

I'm talking about songs like 'Julie' by the Levellers, 'Driving with the Brakes On' by Del Amitri, 'History' by the Verve and 'The Luckiest' by Ben Folds Five. A beautiful tune with beautiful lyrics. i know one called hunt dawn i think it is with christian bale but i cant seem to find it in the uk?, was it ever released here?.

The other film i want to name is a time travel fim, its like groundhog day.
i can only name a few things that might hint as to what film it is but its not very clear in my mind.
ok, the person who keeps waking up the same day i think? is a man, i think he or hes wife is dying so thats why he goes back so he can spend more time with her i think? he works in an office i think or maybe hes wife? theres a scene where one of them is buying flowers and a car knocks her over and kills her for some reason?, i think this happens a few times where the man has failed to save her?. i think theres a scene with the 2 of them in a cabin up in the woods?.
theres no well known actors in it i dont think?
the machine that makes the time travel possible is like how can i put it, looks like a big lathe machine but with some sort of long cystal powering it?

i am being serious in this question and ask that no haters come on because i will delete your answer.

in my understanding of the trinity, it is that fact that the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are all 1 being. But for example when Jesus is baptized by John the Baptist in the Bible, it clearly says that the Father spoke, the Holy Ghost came down in form of a dove, and obviously Jesus was there, (i can get my bible out later, i am at work)

can someone explain? i have always believed that they are one in purpose kinda like the spurs when they beat the cavaliers. one in purpose but seperate individuals
