I want it to be free or fairly inexpensive for him. Can anyone offer any sites that I could check out? I'd like to be able to customize it & have it look professional.
Thanks for your help!

If you really want it to look professional, try learning CSS and HTML. There are many sites out there that teach about these like w3schools.com.

If you don't have time to study CSS, try freewebs for easy design templates. It also lets you create free websites.

If you want video clips try embedding from youtube.com. Its very easy and its free.

Webstarts.com is your answer. It's free to sign up and their online editor uses simple drag and drop functionality so you need zero web experience to build completely custom websites. They also have image search and video search tools, so dropping videos, images, text and even music takes 1 or 2 clicks at most. Check them out here: http://Webstarts.com

There are many templates you can use.
Download 'expression web'. Do a search on it and then download it.
You can't do it on the free websites... based on what you said your dad wants. They just don't have enough space or data transfer for videos. Plus, do you want a big, long string of a domain address?
You can get great webhosting at http://www.hostmonster.com/track/hostpay/text1

Check out www.freewebs.com . You can set up a site for your dad. Its free, your site would be an extension of theirs but if you want to pay a Little, you can make it a .com.

What about freewebs?
You would have to have freewebs in the url, but it's still free.
Or you could make your own I don't know how much it costs to actually make a website.
