My cat keeps scrtaching/dagging at the carpets around the house, especially the one at the bottom of the stairs. Whats the best way to stop her from doing this?

Is it possible that the blood work was done too early to detect? I would be almost 6 weeks if I am pregnant. This would be my third child, so I am pretty aware of how this all goes. Just curious if anyone else has had a negative blood test only to find out later that they are pregnant?

it is more likely to make the news than any other person of any race.

With out a trace, the CBS show, had an episode that dealt with this same kind of thing. Two kids a black boy and a white girl went missing. All but the black agent was assigned to work the case of the white girl and the media wouldnt cover the disapperence of the black boy. Why is that? Shouldnt everyones life be viewed as equal?

AAAAAAAAA, please help! I think i think have 2 pregant ZD's and im not sure wat to do! one of them is a little spazzy now and it hides all the time. The other one acts normal, but where the other one hides, other fish are constantly down their eating something! Is there anything down there? Should I be worried?

Also i have a sand+fertilizer bottom for my live plants and there are a bunch of holes and cracks should i be worried?

My brother committed suicde when he was 18, my little sister who is one year younger than him committed suicide when she was 23, that was 2 weeks ago, depression runs in my family.........now my little brother who is 25 is having thoughts of suicide as well, I have advised him to go to conseling and take medication, he says he does not think he will ever be happy and has not been happy since he was a kid, what can i do to make sure we do not have 3 suicides in our family, 2 is hard enough, my family is going thru a lot right now, how can i help him if he does not want any help, he will hardly leave the house, i do not want to lose another family member due to this illness, what can i do?, please help me

and if not... then how could only some things have a purpose and others not? This leads me to conclude (enless God exists) that nothing has a purpose. There is no way, that in the entire universe, everything that exists serves a purpose.

In Mark 15:34, just before he dies, Jesus says, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?"

Jesus is supposed to have never sinned, ever, right? He's not even capable of sin, right? Well, how is this not a sin?

God didn't forsake Jesus, did He? God loved Jesus as His Son, and only wanted Jesus to go redeem all the sinners, and then come back on up to Heaven. So when Jesus said He was forsaken, at the very least, this was a lie.

And think about the context! The Guy who has been claiming to be the Son of God saying He was forksaken by God? That will rattle your faith. So even beyond it being a lie, he could have made all those people think that God was the type to forsake you upon death.

Please don't respond just to say, "See, Christianity doesn't make any sense and Christians are all idiots." I want honest responses from Christians or people who seriously study this sort of thing.

I'm not a wealthy person. I dont even have my own camera. But, this doesn't stop me from pursuing my dream of becoming a photographer someday. I love taking pictures and editing them. In one of my favorites movies *A Bronx Tale* with De-Niro .A statment made to Sonny by *C* Cologeo when he asks him *Is it better to be feared or loved*? Sonny said for me, I would rather be feared, fear lasts longer-Well as leader of a Nation I agree with that statement! and Fred has the power from what we know thus far to commmand that and take action from those who might want to challenge the USA, just like Ronald Reagan, The Middle East does not RESPECT women in the first place that is why Condi has no impact as well as Hillary being a joke to the entire Middle East Region, even though they are proably hoping she will win.

Edwards tries to exude a presence of power and authority but is wishy washy at best and looks like a Ken Doll from the Barbie Collection. Tree-huuging hippie Kusinich is laugable and at best Biden might do well but is caught up in the melee of Bush Bashers.
