The other one acts normal, but where the other one hides, other fish are constantly down their eating something! Is there anything down there? Should I be worried?

Also i have a sand+fertilizer bottom for my live plants and there are a bunch of holes and cracks should i be worried?

Zebra Danios are egglaying fish,so your fish are not pregnant! They may be "egg bound",i.e. full of eggs and no-one to spawn with. The simplest solution would be to get several more Zebras, four at least. Danios are schooling fish and feel much more secure in groups of six or more. The Danios are all "egg scatterers" so if they do spawn it will be free caviar for the rest of the fish, and will probably go un-noticed,since they spawn near sun-up. Hope this helps.----Good luck.

It sounds like the fish that hides is laying eggs. So since the other fish are eating something, it is probably the eggs. I you want to save the eggs, consider separating the "pregnant" zebra danios from the rest of the fish. This will give all the babies a fighting chance of not being eaten. Good luck!!
