I got mad that my wife wants to buy her retired Dad a gift certificate for father's day because I just lost my job and she doesn't work. Am I nuts? I mean, we have kids to feed and they are practically millionaires. Would you all be mad?

friends, i just want to ask for advices whether you have experience it or not on how to forget your past..like, when you hate it if you see things, or been into place you have bad memories and you want to forget them..but anytime I think about it, it keeps haunting me down..let me directly tell the point..having had bad relationship with a guy for just a short period of time..but cause so much pain and now all i realized is that I never love him but only pity him..and hate him now...what I struggle is the place, the things , the memories that keep affecting me and bring me bad feelings...how can I forget them and overcome them???

I have not dated much of my life due to being overweight.

I have lost 38 pounds and going!!!

My parents want me to get married but they don't realize
that I need time to see what is out there. Plus I am finishing
my BA and want to go to law school.

Because of this I want to get married like 2 - 4 years
from now.

One of my parents is unhealthy and really wants me to
get married so they can see my children. But I want to
make sure I have resources to support my future
children and my parents. I am torn, is it okay to wait?

Don't they know that in 2005 it was discovered the original bit of papyri actually says the number is 616.
Whether publishers of the Bible have the necessary integrity to correct this major typo in future publications of the Bible is highly doubtful,yet the fact remains that the original number was 616!

I love rice, I eat it a lot, so I usually cook up a pan full and keep it in the fridge. Often I forget it is cooking and end up with a whole pan of mushy rice, which tastes, not digusting, but just wrong. Do you know of any recipes where I can use my mushy rice in something tasy? the books of jews and chrisitians do stated a next prophet. they also didnt say that thier propthet is the last, as islam says about muhammad (PBUM). then why do the jews and christians dont acknowledge muhammad as prophet? is there any reason or just because of they are following a seperate religion? notable that muslims acknowledge jesus and moses as prophet.

I was looking at the engine oil treatments that are on the market and was wondering if they are actually any good, they make some quite big claims on the bottles

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of how good they are?

Also, is it worth using them on an engine that has already got 90k on it? (diesel)

Heres the situation. Ive been growing it out for almost 4 years with no trims. I ALWAYS wear it in a pony tail. If i cut it i feel like a will be losing a part of my self(im a diehard metalhead) but i will probly look better with short hair not to mention more professional for job interviews. I hate combing and taking care of it everyday(so i dont). What the hell should i do? i feel like i dont look that great with long hair, but i still love having it. and if i cut it i would be destroying something i worked for. but maybe its time to move on? i dont know im so confused. help?
