I work as a pool monitor...basically i just tell people to sign into the notebook at my neighborhood pool...well I am off today but i went to hang out at the pool anyways and one of my coworkers showed me a note that my other coworker had written in the sign in notebook...it was a list of songs to be played at his funeral (in order)...and then a note saying the date of his death (june 9, 07) in obituary form and I guess his wife cheated on him...the note was so sad my eyes got tears in them....we have already informed our manager...and i feel that there is nothing else I can do...I feel so sad for him and I wish I could be there for him and do SOMETHING to help him or something I could say...but I feel so powerless because I am nothing but a 17 year old girl about to be a senior in high school, and he is this 40 year old man....is there anything at all that I could do or tell him to save him??? or should I just stay out of this....i feel horrible.

It is a site that allows inspiring actors to have a profile and pictures online in hopes of becoming discovered etc, and it also lists casting calls for up coming movies etc.

Is this for real, or is there another site out there that is real. I am trying to get my son discovered, maybe doing some odd job as a model or a extra at acting.

Jigs Dinner as we call it. Lol. Basically you boil salt beef until it's fully cooked, Drain some of the water so it's not too salty, then boil your red skin potatoes, and carrots until cooked. Then make doe boys. Basically doe boys are mixing flour, butter and salt and rolling it up in a ball and placing it top of your vegetables in the pot and letting it cook for 10-15 minutes. You take up your potatoes and carrots and doe boys and pour the liquer over your food. It's salty but not too salty and the doe boys soak up the liquer wonderfully and it is one of the best tasting dinners I have ever had. Have you ever tried this? If not does it sound good to you?

I'm going to another country for a while and I hadn't realized that I would probably end up going through culture shock. I know I'll get homesick but how can I deal with the culture shock? Anyone have any personal experience? Sypmtoms come at different stages, these include:

My sister lives far away and wants my son to be the bearer. He has always been been both my older sisters favorite of my 3 kids.I DO NOT want him to go.I am not ready for him to travel so far without me yet and without his sisters being included. He said to me that he DOES NOT WANT TO FLY. He's not fond of heights and i want to be with my son on his VERY first plane trip when he feels comfy to do so. I'm not comfortable with that. I have written and shared many of my short stories and people who read them actually think they are quite entertaining and some will ask me for more stories, I am prone to writing down certain thoughts and events and later turn them into some sort of written story, so how can I get this all published or get an agent to arrange a story line?
